Who will I encourage?
Whether you realize it or not, your attitude will inspire other people. Whether you are a 'leader' or just starting out, there will still be people that you can encourage to be better, or just to keep going. When you realize this you can watch for those opportunities, be aware of them, and actively encourage people. Not to be more like you, but to explore themselves - their interests and skills and areas for improvement.
